Renowned local chef, Tony Harrison, will start this seafood degustation experience at his Nor East Bistro. Shared experiences are so much better, so thanks to the team at CoastXP, Tony will be navigating with you across the harbour to Nagisa where you be delighted by the preparation of seafood Japanese style by Nagisa’s Tao Nambaya – with a glass of vino to go. From Honeysuckle you and the crew will set sail across to The Boat Rowers Hotel where you will be suitably impressed as gourmet seafood by Alex Hunter will tempt your palate, plus a glass of vino to go. Your degustation experience will be topped off by travelling back to Nor East Bistro where Tony will share with you his famous & expertly crafted Clam Chowder, complemented by, of course, with a suitably paired glass of wine. This is a premium degustation experience over 3 hours and includes all masterclasses, food, wine and watercraft transportation across 3 of Newcastle’s top restaurants!
